Coordinating an internal manual from end-to-end
Objective
To manage a two-month project and coordinate the end-to-end production of a comprehensive internal brand manual. I was tasked with the cover-to-cover design of the book, which serves as a definitive guide for AmBank's bank branches to ensure strict adherence to aesthetic and operational guidelines. This initiative was essential for maintaining a consistent and professional customer experience across all of its branches throughout Malaysia.
In addition to synthesizing the extensive data provided by the marketing department, I conducted multiple site visits to various branches to capture original photography that accurately reflected the book's content.
This hands-on approach ensured the documentation was both authentic and practical for the manual's internal branch staff.
Throughout the project, I managed a rigorous workflow that included meticulous fact-checking, securing stakeholder approvals, and implementing precise edits for each section to ensure the final publication was accurate and brand-compliant.

Result
Following the final approval and formal sign-off of the completed book design, I prepared and transitioned the production-ready files to the print agent for high-volume manufacturing.
Once the printing process was complete, the books were systematically distributed and shipped to over 100 AmBank branches throughout Malaysia. This ensured that every branch received the necessary resources to implement the updated brand standards simultaneously, achieving a successful nationwide rollout.
