Reimagining a basic job leaflet as a symbol of brand belonging and privilege
Objective
The goal was to modernise a years-old "Vacancy" leaflet to align with KFC’s latest brand identity and energy. The redesign replaces a previous look with a fresh, exciting style that reflects the brand’s evolving personality. This update ensures all recruitment collateral feels contemporary and visually consistent with the global brand standard.
The design strategy centered on fostering a sense of belonging and exclusivity, positioning the role at KFC as a privileged opportunity rather than just 'any' job.
To visualise this, I developed two distinct crew silhouettes, highlighting the KFC ribbon in red. For two designs, the job position itself was featured as a 'medal' with a gold outline.
A primary focus was also placed on the 'Benefits' section, ensuring it was visually prominent to immediately highlight the value of joining the team. This layout was then finalized by integrating official brand photography, with text provided by the marketing department. Ultimately, three design options were proposed.

Result
The options were presented to the marketing team for review. Through discussion and a subsequent voting process, a preferred option was selected that most effectively met the project requirements and brand objectives.
